ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class! I really felt the burn as someone who has been working out for years, but the class was still adaptable for beginners. One suggestion I have for this studio is to mic up the teacher, he was giving instructions at a volume totally appropriate for mat Pilates (where you don’t want to be yelled at like a bootcamp class) but even though the music wasn’t loud either, the acoustics in the room didn’t really allow me to hear him when he was on the opposite side. I messed up the first leg of the glute series because I couldn’t really hear him. I would still come back because the class was effective and well thought out.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis studio really feels like a hidden gem — there’s more to it than it looks from the outside. Our class was held in a second-floor room, and I absolutely loved the vibe. It was calm, peaceful, and a great space to really focus and unwind. The instructor gave very clear directions, which made it easy to follow along even when the movements got challenging. I definitely felt fully worked out by the end of the class. They also sprinkled in a few jokes throughout the session — I didn’t catch all of them as a non-native speaker, but it still added to the overall positive and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. I’d definitely come back!
