If they had a 4.5 star I would have given - the small drawback Im not a huge fan of rap music and a little on the loud side. Good experience and would recommend overall.

It got kind of discouraging, because I felt like I just couldn’t get it right while others in the class could. BUT the instructor did a great job and I think I would have been a bit more comfortable if the class had more than 3 other people, but that’s not anyone’s fault.

Every piece of equipment possible and 3 floors of space, including an indoor track. The staff were very friendly and create a very family friendly and inclusive environment. The crowd is that of a more corporate friendly recreational center and not that of a “look at me I’m at the gym and posting on social media about it” vibe.

Being my first time there they both made sure to greet me and tell me about the gym without overwhelming me. I have been to a lot of gyms, was even a personal trainer for a few years, and I have never been to a new gym and felt right at home like that. As for the yoga class, it was even better than I imagined it would be for my first time back at it in months! I will definitely be coming back! 💜
