She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!

The core and strength focus gave it real substance without losing that calm, grounded feeling you want on a Sunday. Andy was attentive and made sure everyone was working correctly throughout.
