The music was perfect as well - motivating yet more deep and spiritual than usual “party” songs used for workouts. My muscles were sore! Will definitely return!

She made us familiar with the machine and standard practices but also straightly jumped into a challenging workout, making sure we make the most of the hour of class. Will definitely be back!

Penso é que seria necessário ter menos alunos ou mais 1 professor para que fosse possível fazer reajustes posturais aos alunos. Para quem tem consciência corporal e já pratica desporto regular, parece-me que consegue ter uma postura adequada mas, para quem não tem qualquer experiência prévia pode tornar-se difícil realizar os exercícios de forma correta, respeitando o correto alinhamento do corpo

He has a lagree background which means the exercises of the two sides are done separately, usually all left side, some center posture work, then all right side. His classes tend to be lower body focused, a lot of glute work, core work, and there are the obligatory planks and pikes that work the entire body, sometimes with dumbbells for scapular and rib work. Of course all the exercises can work the entire body depending on how well connected one's body is, and how knowledgeable one is about biomechanics to control and manipulate the body. I like his programs a lot because they allow me space to work on what I need in my own body within his framework of exercises.
