Class was energetic and fun and good vibes all around. Instructor was super cheery and did a great job leading the dance moves.

The people are very kind and you can tell the people there really put in the work, it’s inspiring. Also Celinda is so considerate about explaining terms and leading you through across the floor moves so i didn’t feel left behind, i felt like i was really learning. I’m hoping to go back

Scott has the best energy, I loved his mantras and the methodical way he taught the class — truly felt stretched and challenged, in the best way! Bonus points for having incense lit during the class, an unexpected but great surprise for a gym-based yoga class! 10/10, returning next week with fiancé in tow :)
