She was bubbly and energetic throughout the class and gave feedback on how we were doing each move. The class is small so she gives feedback to each student. It is the perfect mix of pushing you to your flexibility limit and respecting your bodies boundaries. The instructor is amazing and does assisted stretching to keep you progressing. I was a dancer years ago and wanted to regain some of the flexibility from my youth. Within weeks I’ve gotten both my right and left splits! Every time I leave I feel more relaxed and my body is thanking me for it.

I really enjoyed her class tonight & learned a lot :) although it was a full class, she taught several tricks and managed to give personalized instruction to every one. In the end, she even showed me a trick that’s been on my mind for a while. Highly recommend her classes!!
