I didn’t know any of the poses that everyone else seemed to understand at once and Claudia was so patient in helping me get into the right form. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone, even for absolute beginners like me!

In general I like how every instructor put their own spin to make the sessions varied and unique - will defo be coming back to Dale's classes in the future!

He gave me some stretches that have really helped with my sciatica. would highly recommend to anyone that wants to work on mobility and active stretching.
