As a first-timer in a more complex class, I really appreciated how every movement was clearly demonstrated and corrected with intent. She prioritized proper form throughout the entire session to prevent both immediate and long-term injuries. Plus, the studio ambiance was wonderfully relaxing!

ver todas as avaliaçõesOpen Mat always gives a warm welcome. I love the top notch customer service from IG queries, the reception, up to the sanitation of the mats and locker room. Everything is clean, pleasant and so conducive to a stress-free practice. Enzo, the Yoga Instructor, takes the time to get to know the yoga journey of each student and adjusts the class accordingly. He provides options for the poses depending on what’s available to each student. This is my second class with him and I’m very satisfied again with what I achieved mentally, emotionally and physically afterwards. What a wonderful way to spend Saturday mornings!
