ver todas as avaliaçõesI think i found my new favorite studio in the metro 😌 i loved every sqm of the place, it was clean, spacious, aesthetic interior, and with complete amenities! They have lockers, shower, water dispenser, all the equipment are provided. They even give hot tea and biscuits after class +1! The class was very relaxing.. too relaxing i almost fell asleep 😆 coach was so good at giving instructions and affirmations. Recommended for beginners and even those who do not have any experience in yoga. Will come back to try other classes! 💗

ver todas as avaliaçõesI truly loved my first ever one on one session with Coach Pat. She guided me in every exercise and made sure that I keep my spine upright and in proper form all of the time. We got to try at least 3 equipments and I think that, if it's your first time ever doing private sessions, reformer would definitely be part of the session. Coach Pat was truly hands on, caring and supportive of my spine's wide range of motions since I'm hypermobile. All in all I learned so much about our session and I'll definitely book another one with her if time permits.

She guided me, made corrections, and gave me pointers for my short spine and climb a tree – all of which, I truly appreciate. The studio is really clean and nice and I like the small class size. Coach Christine’s approach was different, I found it more technical and intentional rather than performative. She helped us correct our forms and articulate properly. They just verify with your name and ask you to fill out a reg form. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the waiting area is neat and aesthetic. I booked the intermediate class but the coach was kind enough to adjust the exercises based on my level. They were also very mindful of my injury history. Will definitely come back! ❤️

Before we started she also checked my posture and guided me through the session using exercises that will address my back and hip concerns and work around my wrist.
