It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Upon entry I was greeted by Karina and omg she was just a joy to converse with. Educated me on the services offered and was just extremely knowledgeable of the benefits of the infrared service. Quinn gave me a tour of the studio, educated me on operating my sauna, amazing customer service. The saunas experience, was so relaxing. I decided to actually meditate and listen to sounds of relaxation on the tv that’s located in each room. My only suggestion would be to schedule visit later in the day/evening as you will be extremely relaxed. Experiences such as this makes me want to come back.
