ver todas as avaliaçõesExcellent vibes. I had a very rough week at work, and this candlelight yin was the perfect way to reconnect with myself and release tension. Appreciated the supportive hands on adjustments (and for those who don’t, the instructor gives you an opportunity to raise your hand if you’d like to decline - I would have felt very comfortable doing so).

ver todas as avaliaçõesReally enjoyed Christina’s class. After the class Christina helped me by going over one pose I didn’t understand. It has been a couple of years since I visited Agni last time. The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. I really enjoyed that the instructor let me go my own pace without constantly correcting so I could fully enjoy the experience and modify exercises for my body. I really feel refreshed and hope to be back soon. I was looking forward to the class and it was an amazing experience.

I’ve taken a few beginner pole dancing classes before and usually struggle with coordination and figuring out the moves, but Sinnamon is AMAZING at explaining and demonstrating everything. She made the movements so easy to understand that I was able to pick them up right away! She’s such a great instructor, and I had so much fun in her class. Definitely one of my favorite classes—I highly, highly recommend her! 💕✨

ver todas as avaliaçõesI really enjoyed my class with Shira — it was equal parts intense and deeply restorative. She does really nice hands on assists as well. We did some triangle and half moon poses against the wall that really helped me gain another perspective on the pose. It’s refreshing to go to a studio that isn’t focused on loud music, crazy heat and insta aesthetics and instead reminds you what yoga is really all about. Thanks Shira :)
