ver todas as avaliaçõesit's a different yin than I am used to, this one uses too much effort on postures, teacher even cued a full wheel. Not so much to my liking but teacher was sweet and catered the class to our needs, the sound healing at the last 20 minutes were quite powerful, and I enjoyed it after all.

The studio is super cute — right near the design district with plenty of parking, which is always a win. It had been a while since I’d taken a yoga class, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I walked out feeling like I’d just gotten a full body massage. Like genuinely melted. 10/10, would absolutely recommend — whether you’re a regular or coming back to yoga after some time away.
