Taking collective breaks was a nice touch, and I liked that he asked us beforehand who would like adjustments. His demonstrations of each pose were also very helpful. There was an amusing dynamic in the room, as some participants seemed a bit too captivated by the instructor—at times, it felt like they were trying to moan instead of just exhaling! It added a quirky element to the class and felt as if I were in an episode of Black Mirror. Overall a memorable class. Lol

What’s best is that it was a private class since others didn’t sign up or show up.
