She does a great job providing verbal explanations and cues so previous experience on a reformer is recommended in my opinion. Great class and great vibe at night with the neon lights!

Kassi is great at giving you modifications and adjustments to suit all the individual needs of each student in the class with out it feeling boring or easy for others.
