It was fun to move around, feel silly, and stretch the body while practicing the flow. Not a challenging class, more of a fun activity to complement with your workout or yoga routine (if you, like me, are not a dancer).

ver todas as avaliaçõesAmazing class! I took a beginner/intermediate class with Max as an instructor as my first class! Would definitely recommend knowing all the moves before taking it but I was able to experience lots of amazing dancers and follow the class as best as I can. Max never made me feel uncomfortable for not knowing much and really sparked an interest in learning ballet. Will definitely be back and hopefully improved :)
