I remember one morning going in Lucie's class in Mimi's at Wynwood and I felt at ease. Like I could practice with someone who who pushed me, but in gentle way. That yes I could do hard things under this heat lol. she's always so sweet to everyone on and off the mat she's a lovely person. It feels like just yesterday I started this scary yoga journey and here I am strong and always pushing myself a little more because of people like Lucie.
