An effective workout, and the mindfulness part of it makes it a great way to end the week and start the weekend. Emily is such a kind, welcoming, encouraging instructor. At the end she even graced us with her incredible voice, singing a powerful message. I left feeling strong, relaxed, balanced and filled up. I can't wait to go back to another one of her classes! The instructor said out the names of the poses in Sanskrit, not English, and it had been a couple of years since I’ve done any ashtanga so I just watched my neighbor and followed her. 😂. Really great vibes, though, and a couple gentle and helpful corrections. I will definitely be back!!

Great start as well; met students where we are and then demonstrated Ujjayi breath. He modeled the poses when needed. The extended restful at the end with some music was awesome.
