Seriously one of those classes where you walk out completely exhausted questioning your life, but already signing up for class the next day. SO good. 🔥 15/10

The sequence was so creative and beautifully curated that I completely lost track of the music and just flowed. Giana has this lovely way of meeting each student where they are and helping them find their alignment without disrupting the magic of the room. And then there’s the studio energy. Have you ever walked into a tiny studio where literally everyone talks to everyone, even if you’re brand new, and class ends feeling like recess in junior school because suddenly everyone’s just chatting away? Precious. The vibes here are immaculate, from instructor to community. 1000/10
