ver todas as avaliaçõesOk i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! I was sweating and smiling the whole time during the dance section. Love love love. will absolutely be returning !!!!

Stephanie makes an attempt to learn everyone’s names and offers corrections. She’s a great teacher with a great personality and explains some of the terms for those who are newer to ballet.

I really enjoyed learning all different things like how to do Handstands (both with and without the wall), walking on the wall into a bridge, and Cartwheels (first time learning how to do it properly)! Lo walked us step by step for the shoulder roll, which actually super helpful to prepare for the Floorwork Dance choreography class I took afterwards 🙏🏼 Thank You Lo, I hope my schedule allows me to go to more acrobatics class!

It was my first time there, and she immediately catered towards me and gave me an extra bolster during class for my comfort, which I really appreciate. The sound healing exercise we did towards the middle-end of the class really helped my vibrations. This type of yoga is perfect if you’re looking to disengage and enter a more meditative, relaxed state of mind. I felt so relaxed coming out of the class, ready to step out into the world to deal with whatever challenges me next. Her dog is cute, too, he joined us for yoga today 😉

Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners
