Something I’d do again as it was fun and something you learn/catch on by watching others, and a welcoming environment!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe workout was good and beginner friendly, but I wish there was more of a challenge. It’s a bit expensive for the credits too (given studio size and amenities) so I’d recommend going if they reduce it to 12-13 credits.

This was my first time and I really struggled on the Lagree machine, but Stacey demonstrated the movements beside me and corrected my form — while simultaneously giving instructions to both the mega side and the stride side. I honestly don’t know how she did that. Super energetic and motivating vibes and I got a really good work out out of it.

We held a few restorative postures for a long time but the class flew by. My first reiki experience too and it was so lovely.
