Reformer Room—TRAPPIN ON THE LOW
ver todas as avaliaçõesStudio was warm and welcoming. The class was intimate so the instructor Jeff could give one on one attention. It wax also one of the harder classes Ive taken but they were patient and provided mods. As a bigger girl they never made me feel like I didn’t belong . I definitely recommend and I’ll be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSarah is hands down my favorite reformer Pilates instructor! Her classes are always challenging, well-structured, and so motivating. She gives great cues, keeps the energy up, and makes every class enjoyable. I only wish she taught more classes!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe workout was good and beginner friendly, but I wish there was more of a challenge. It’s a bit expensive for the credits too (given studio size and amenities) so I’d recommend going if they reduce it to 12-13 credits.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor is very friendly. I wish there were some visuals like videos for the forms and positions instead of verbal instructions most of the time. Maybe because it was my first time so I had to constantly look at my neighbors for the forms, other students are familiar with the flow and forms.
