The studio has an unusual layout, it was my first time and had to ask a couple times to understand where things were (changing rooms, the actual studio etc.) would recommend they give a more thorough overview of the studio layout/amenities for first timers.

He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done.
