The 30 min meditation was a topper on the cake. It was the perfect way to end the class. Highly recommend!

She even did a bit of aromatherapy during shavasana. The studio is so cute, and minimally decorated with plants and fairy lights. What a lovely way to end the week!

The studio is very clean, lots of sunlight, and the instructor had a very soothing voice and energy. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs which doesn’t bother me but it’s worth mentioning that. Will definitely return - good energy here.
