ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved Ellen's class! It was challenging, but still very manageable with modifications. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesAbsolutely love this class! Such a great workout. And the instructor Rachel is awesome! She is so sweet and energetic. My sister came with me who is pregnant and she gave her a lot of alternative exercises to do and personal attention. Will be coming back for sure:)

It’s so easy to jump in and have a great time building skills and getting comfortable in the sand. Will definitely be coming back for more!
