ver todas as avaliaçõesLove this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

She also gives a lot of individual attention and by the end of the class you are able to do a full dance routine even as a complete beginner which was cool!

To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class is perfect for anyone wanting to combine Pilates activation principles with ballet, choreography, vinyasa yoga and flow. They run the same choreography for about 3 months before it changes but you can join at any time, no issue.

Another student had asked to lower the volume ; was lowered once and then forgotten about. I didn t want to be a Karen as other classmates didn t seem to be bothered. But the volume was abusive loud. Anyhow ; really enjoyed the class but the volume needs serious adjustment (in my opinion ofc)
