A nice warm welcome from Dan the instructor settled the nerves. A nice clean studio with a calming atmosphere. The session was amazing! Dan guided us through the different techniques and stages. Great to be given the flexibility (pun intended) to work and push to our individual experience and levels, especially for me as it was my first ever session and my body was really tight and immobile. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing session. Yoga is definitely a way of life for me now and YK is the perfect venue. Thank you Dan and Yoga Kula. Outstanding!

I liked the standing sequence, however for floor sequence we did a super short Shavasana with sit up and turn after nearly every pose, which felt disruptive rather than a nice flow.

It would be nice if his voice could be a bit lower and softer as sometimes when you’re in a relaxed state it can wake you up or feel too loud for the state of mind you’re in, especially during shavasana, but otherwise an excellent class with great yin poses. 🙏🏽

The changing rooms have great facilities - nice showers with toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/shower gel).
