ver todas as avaliaçõesThe minute Max asked us to take out 2 blankets, a bolster, straps, 6 blocks, and 2 folding chairs , I knew this was going to be unlike any yoga class I’ve ever taken! The instruction was extremely technically rigorous and thoughtful —- Max was very warm and encouraging as we got used the props to get into inversions !
