Because it was challenging (in a good way) and I felt muscles I never knew existed shaking and burning, lol. Instructor Ysabel greeted me at the front, asked good questions like, “is this your first time & do you have any injuries?” Ysabel explained to me how to use the equipment and constantly corrected me on my form in class. I love how the instructor really focused on form and gave a modification option as well.

The heat and humidity felt really good to sweat off a lot of toxins. The front desk was nice during check in and the instructor showed me around the facility. Space was clean and organized.
