She will also push you personally so you progress which I love!! If it’s ur first time at the studio/ taking Pilates I would definitely take her class, she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable rather than just being thrown on a scary looking machine you don’t know how to use. She may just be my favorite teacher of any group class I’ve ever taken!

I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

Not just “keep your back straight on the stairmaster,” but also where you should feel it if your form is right. It’s a useful internal check mid-workout. And if form is off, please call it out. I also love a hands-on trainer who steps in to readjust — that physical feedback goes a long way.

In the class I went to, you rotated through about five stations where you did about two exercises per station (one bicep exercise and one back exercise) within 6 minutes before moving on to the next station. Whereas I’m able to lift heavier at home, I had to reduce my weights significantly in order to conserve energy for the next set of exercises. Class energy was good but doesn’t really feel like a class; feels more like a bunch of people going through the same motions on their own. Made for less pressure, which could be a bonus for some.
