ver todas as avaliaçõesLovely class! The neon sign on the outside window was helpful in finding the unit. All staff I interacted with were sweet and helpful. Although I’m not completely new to yoga, it was my first time incorporating so many props—what a treat! I definitely left feeling less tense because I was able to get deeper stretches, thanks to the props. Instructor was amaaazing at cues—always clear, sometimes a tad fast but she always repeated herself in those instances. Loved the intention she set at the beginning, and that it was repeated a few times throughout as a reminder to come back to center. Will definitely be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesRosie was SO amazing and encouraging! I've taken one class here before and the heat was tolerable, but this one got SUPER hot and humid. I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

The instructor guided us through a sequence of movements that were opening and refreshing. The lighting and music was soft and subtle. The instructor is a funny guy in a warm and soothing way and actually adds to the chill vibe and probably keeps people from falling asleep 😜

Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining which areas and muscle groups we were targeting, where we should be feeling the movement, and offering helpful modifications. It made the class feel much more intentional and helped me understand the purpose behind each exercise (as opposed to just demonstrating the poses and moving on). Will definitely be coming back!

It’s a little tricky getting up because the staircase is located through a door that looks like an entry to a building. But once you get there, the studio is cute and quaint and clean. Pri (the owner and instructor) is soo sweet. This class really lives up to the name of gentle yoga and sound bath. Moves were easy yet a good deep stretch. The sound bath gave me chills. All in all, such a good class!
