My only wish is that each instructor did these: give a regular, easy, and challenging spring option and reminded us where in and out breaths go. It seems to be opposite in Pilates than other fitness classes. If I did regular spring load, I don’t get much of a workout. I want to either feel burn or fatigue when I workout.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI really enjoyed this class! Jessica at the front was very welcoming, the space was spotless, and I felt like a got a solid, full body workout in. I loved how half the class was spent on the mat and the other half on the reformer. Marissa was a very knowledgeable instructor. She explained the method well and showed good demos. You can tell she knows her stuff! And the screens were also helpful to reference back to. 100/10, will be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesi really enjoyed this class with erica. it was my first time at this studio & it felt very welcoming! erica had all the supplies we would need for the class laid out (support blocks, eye mask, blanket, strap thing) & they didn’t charge for borrowing the yoga mat. it was ultra ultra relaxing & erica truly takes the time to personalize this experience, by massaging the shoulders & scalp during certain stretches. 100/10 this is exactly what i needed this day!
