ver todas as avaliaçõesA beautiful evening with Isis (Poetry Yoga). Such a special experience. Flowed seamlessly and was put together with so much thought and love. Was a very gorgeous balance between fun and playful movement / breath work and some deeper intrinsic moments. I would recommend this workshop / spiritual experience to all. I will most definitely be back to Arcana, first and definitely not last experience.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI had been in such a funk the last three weeks I hadn’t done any classes. Normally I work Saturdays but I happened to have this one off so I forced myself to go. This class is Paul-Ho was beautiful, the flow was gentle and smooth, it offered places to reach farther towards my edge, it offered depth and energy but also rest and stillness. I’m so disappointed I work Saturdays I would love to come every week! 🙏🏼😭
