ver todas as avaliaçõesI had been in such a funk the last three weeks I hadn’t done any classes. Normally I work Saturdays but I happened to have this one off so I forced myself to go. This class is Paul-Ho was beautiful, the flow was gentle and smooth, it offered places to reach farther towards my edge, it offered depth and energy but also rest and stillness. I’m so disappointed I work Saturdays I would love to come every week! 🙏🏼😭
