The flow was not for first-timers but teach Rose and my classmates were super supportive so I made it through !!! I wished there was a variation for first-timers tho bc I was culture shocked 😅 + i hope there were more apparatus available bc we took turns lang using it unlike other studios. Will def go back to try the other classes bc of the v supportive environment 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

ver todas as avaliaçõesi enjoyed the class very much!! the instructor was very hands-on and the class was fast-paced even though it was almost 10pm when we finished😆 too bad that the maintenance staff was out today so the hammocks were a bit high for us and we struggled a bit bc of it. nevertheless, i look forward for my aerial classes here!!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class gave me a good shake!! Ms. Mika gave us clear directions and corrected our forms when needed. The music was just a bit loud and it was hard to hear her sometimes. Overall a good class! The studio has yoga mat available so you don’t need to bring your own. 🌸 Has nice and clean facilities too.

I especially appreciated how Coach Sansa was attentive throughout the session, ensuring everyone was keeping up and giving us enough time to complete each routine properly. The studio itself is aesthetically pleasing, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back. 😊
