If you like the dying at the end of the workout kind of workout that gets your blood pumping, muscles shaking, and self belief increasing (lol) youve got to try this class! Nina is one of my favorite instructors ever—she makes sure you are doing the correct posture and hypes you up to give your 110% !

I was surprised she remembered our names knowing that class was full. I like that the studio has a good city view instead of just walls and mirrors.

The class I attended focused on relaxation and stress relief, which was exactly what I needed as someone with an active lifestyle who occasionally needs to slow down and let my muscles recover. The teacher had a calm, clear, and soothing voice, making it easy to follow the movements throughout the session. I also loved that it was an intimate class with only a few students, allowing for a more personal and relaxing experience. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be coming back again!🤍
