Going to Vince’s class is an absolute treat just like getting a massage. His positivity is contagious and his sincere gratitude for life and beauty will brighten your week. Vida yoga studio is cozy and clean and I just love the large windows. I wish there were more non-heated and Yin classes with Vince because I find hot yoga just ridiculous in our climate.
