ver todas as avaliaçõesWe had our own pace, which made the workout really enjoyable. The gym is spacious, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are accommodating. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and a great ambience. The only downside is the parking—it’s quite limited and usually full. Luckily, a car left just in time, so I was able to get a parking spot. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was also my first time working out in an actual gym and coach has been very helpful and patient with me as a total beginner. He corrects my form, pushes me to finish the sets and supports me when I could no longer lift the weights. 😅 This one-on-one training is super sulit. Will definitely do this again!
