    Pilates (Reformer)

    Ms. Zia, our instructor is patient with us beginners. Note that we’re only 2 for this class so it’s sort of semi-private. And It is my first time ever to try reformer pilates. The reason why I wanted to try this is to build some strength and flexibility to my muscles especially my lower back. Once the session began, Ms. Zia asked us our workout routine, injuries and etc that would help in determining the right amount of resistance and also guidance in correcting our form without pressuring our spines and backs. I have some sort of old injury in my lower back which I can feel it sometimes but she made sure that I’m okay with the routine being done all throughout the session. She is precise as well which I love so that we’ll have a good foundation in pilates reformer. It looks easy but it’s not! And the staff are also super nice and facilities are clean and great. We were given keys to our locker rooms as well. Parking area is available just infront of their clinic which is very convenient for me. I will definitely come back for more classes. ❤️ hoping for more back-pain free and more flexibility to me!
