    What a workout! There is no wasted time here—you are moving like crazy. I loved it! Lots of combo building and cardio, but there’s also footwork and pad work, which sets this boxing class apart from others. You learn much more about the skill rather than just going through the motions. Still very beginner friendly and a great place for anyone to get a workout in. Super nice studio, and Emily is fantastic. Will definitely be back!

    I just finished my first Barbell Club at X Shadyside and Pat was the best instructor ever! He’s very knowledgeable and very attentive to clients and even helped me when I couldn’t get the bar up correctly. He helped me push myself and finish extra reps when I couldn’t. He knows so much about fitness I could listen to him talk all day!! X-Shadyside is a great gym and I highly recommend Tuesday night Barbell club with Pat. You won’t regret it!
