ver todas as avaliaçõesThe studio is so beautiful and clean with plenty of space, a nice (separate) lobby, bottle filling station, bathrooms, etc. Carter at the front desk is so joyful and welcoming and greets people by name. And BRIDGIT!!! Wow! She makes the class! She remembers people and details about them, greeting people by name and with a hug. Thanking you for sharing an hour of your time. It is the greatest environment I have ever experienced. The class itself has plenty of modifications and is entirely guided with light up candles, relaxing music, semi-darkness semi-hot. Be aware that Yin is a slower practice and more of a stretch and mental practice than a physical workout but a great Sunday morning weekly reset. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

Instructor and class members were welcoming, very casual vibes. The workout room is clean, spacious with huge windows and tons of natural sunlight. I would definitely recommend.
