I’d definitely book this class again! (If you have anything that will help with the grip definitely bring it - a towel or grip gel for example, my hands were too sweaty!)

ver todas as avaliaçõesFun class! Hadn't danced in over two years and was feeling the pressure to try a new place by myself. Don't expect 1 on 1 tutoring. It's very much "keep moving and do the choreo over and over". The choreography isn't very difficult, so you'll be fine if you're a beginner. Just be mindful that you probably won't be able to have a lot of feedback or walk-throughs. Everything is pretty easy to catch and you'll be sweating by the end of it!

ver todas as avaliaçõesCarolina was a wonderful teacher guiding a powerful class for all levels of yoga. Adjusting our poses, she made me feel centered and present on the mat. The cherry on top of the cake was Sound Healing in the final relaxation. I highly recommend this class.
