ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time trying yoga and it was an amazing experience. Gen is an excellent teacher — very attentive and supportive throughout the class. She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!
