Be mindful that the class may be streamed online. I don’t think anyone should let that deter them from coming, but it is useful to know. This is still your individual practice and your focus should remain on you and what your body feels comfortable doing. I was the least experienced in the class but will proudly go into a modification. 😄 Yoga is not about comparison. It’s about honoring your needs 🧘🏽♀️💕 I met a member who is 53 with scoliosis and said she has been coming for 5-6 years. She shared that it has helped her back issues and increased her mobility. Would highly recommend and return again. 🥰🩷

It IS beginner friendly and she slows down each step to show you exactly how to do it. The energy and vibe of the class was awesome, and everyone was very supportive as someone who is new to step aerobics. I especially loved the end of class where Taleia had us repeat affirmations and thank ourselves for showing up and working hard. Will definitely be back soon!
