Also, get there at least 10 min early because you have to set up your own station. It is definitely an effective work out! Instructor had great energy

ver todas as avaliaçõesthis was my first EVER spin class and i had an absolutely incredible time. i have multiple chronic illnesses so i’ve been hesitant to work out, but they had a disney class so i just went for it! aleshea was incredibly kind and so genuinely hyped to be there! i had to modify pretty much all of the positions to exercise without hurting myself, and aleshea hyped me up during the class! it was such a great motivator. i’ll be back next week!

Although this wasn’t my first time taking a Hip Hop Xtreme class it was my first time with Catina. She was fantastic at giving instructions and was welcoming to me as first timer in her class. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fast paced cardio workout.
