Even though it was full, she would demonstrate, walk around to check everyone’s form plus provide modifications (: I struggle a lot with my wrists so it was a nice reminder and option when I could go on my forearms. Instead of fighting against my body, I was able to focus on the muscle group needed. Then when I took her Stretch class today, I loved that there was still strength training and an emphasis on the outer glutes, which is the muscle group I need and want to grow. Thank you!

Rhana was great, her voice is so soothing, and she also focuses on breathing through the entire class so it was soothing, and strengthening. I would definitely take another class here.
