The flow of his class keeps your mind focused on the task at hand instead of fatigue which is a win in my book when it comes to exercising. I’m insanely sore today from it!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSarah was a high energy, fun instructor. The music was great and the others members were so welcoming! This is located inside the gym where you go to the back and there’s a room for group classes. I’ll be back to experience more of this spin class. It’s more of a total body workout with more movement of the arms and I didn’t need special shoes. Bring your own towel if needed! Plenty of parking.
