ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was amazing! I was expecting more melting into the mat “restorative” and we started with a lot of standing poses and strength work, so be prepared for that if you come - but by the end of the class I felt very relaxed and well. Valerie was a great teacher.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI enjoyed the class because it was small and intimate in a cute space. Our instructor had great energy and was really friendly and helpful. It was my first time so it was definitely painful on my skin hooking my leg on the pole since I wasn't used to using a pole and I also learned that I need to work on my core strength to be able to hold myself up. I need to lose weight to make it easier but it was really fun and I look forward to learning and getting stronger.
