I attended an evening class, darkened lighting gently lit with LED candles— so soothing. Kekoa’s cues were thoughtful and soothing, encouraging me to really drop in and focus deeply inward. An exceptional experience.

ver todas as avaliaçõesKarissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

Just enough effort and heat paired with settling stretches towards the end made for a perfectly balanced class. Absolutely loved it and her! She is so nice!
