Jen is an incredible instructor who makes everyone feel welcome while definitely keeping you challenged. The workouts are tough but so worth it. The whole vibe is supportive and energizing, and I promise you’ll look forward to coming back. If you want to feel stronger and more confident, just get yourself to korFIT!
