It wasn’t too warm in class and the addition of the sound bowls at the end really tied the whole experience together :) This class was slightly challenging but I left feeling very relaxed and energized!

I love how he asks us what we want to do and tailors the class for us. So we got to practice crow, handstand and do a bit of aerial even.

This class was pretty full so come early to get a desired spot. The only thing is I wish someone navigated setting up for the new people. The regulars are so nice and welcoming so they do help you out. This class is for all levels.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI enjoy my classes here very much. The environment is therapeutic and the instructor is life changing. They are also very considerate and thoughtful people. I had mentioned I have an allergy to incense/fragrance and they removed anything related from the classroom. I am so grateful that this place opened. Sound is generally therapeutic for me, so to be a part of this class and community feels warm. Thank you for being so welcoming and having great contagious energy. 🙏
