It was my first time trying reformer and she actually came to me to correct my forms, which is rare as I didn’t have that experience in other studios. She also was very encouraging and let us know which spring we can use to match with our pace. Overall I will definitely come back to this studio especially for classes with Tammy!

ver todas as avaliaçõesTorie is great! She keeps classes interesting by mixing up the routines and adding progressions that make each workout challenging. She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. However, she always makes up the time so we still get the full 45-minute workout. Overall, she’s an encouraging instructor who delivers a tough, effective, and engaging class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my 1st dance class experience, and being a bigger person I was a bit nervous. 10/10 so glad I came here. I felt welcomed, taught without judgement, and freely moved my body. Great workout that had me sweating by the end. Instructor was both knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Gave lots of opportunities for questions. Studio was clean and atmosphere was enticing. Easy to find. I walked in nervous and walked out confident. Will be returning, this was what I needed!
