I thought this class was perfect for trying something new, slow enough paced to not feel overwhelmed and really clear cueing from the instructor. The instructor also did most of the moves with us which was great to have an example. Great class and great vibe in the studio. I’ll be back

The vibes in the studio are literally heavenly. I was able to relax fully and do a much needed session. I’d come back here every chance I get.
