Remembering the long sequences is hard…at first. It does get easier. As far as teaching form, not this particular class. The instructors are, however, thoughtful and willing to take time after class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is my 2nd class on the app & 1st at Bell Fitness. Background: inactive office worker. My arms and legs feel like jello. While it was only 30 min, it really challenged my body and willpower. I mostly made it through. Thank you to the instructor for being approachable, accommodating, and pushing me through the workouts! I appreciate that she gave modifications when I couldn’t push through the normal exercise so I could keep going during the timer.
